L.U.C.K. Club
L.U.C.K. is Lakeshore United Church Kids. This spring we are meeting every other Sunday during church on Sunday mornings until June.
We join our families upstairs at 10:30 and then after the Theme Conversation we meet downstairs.... but not before we collect change in our baskets from the congregation!! This goes to support our orphan in Dominican Republic, Camp Menesetung and Sleeping Children Around the World.
We hear stories from the Old and New Testament, create meaningful crafts, have snacks and play games.
During the summer months - July and August, children as always are welcome in church. Pew pails and two activity tables are at the back of the church.
If families need to take a break from the worship experience please feel free to use the play room downstairs (there is also a change table in here) and have a snack and/or play with play dough and colouring found in the junior church area.
We are always ready to welcome some new volunteers to assist with the LUCK Club. God has blessed our church family with energetic children who love to be creative and learn.
A special place to belong...
New families are always welcome at LUCK Club.
Community is just as important to children as it is to adults. LUCK Club is a place for children to connect with one another and caring adults.
Church school registration forms are available for those who would like to join us throughout the year.
We also believe children, and the adults for that matter, benefit when they are present for the whole of worship, with multigenerational services.

Where sometimes:
- we have children participating in the service, and sometimes they sing they read in church, or take part in a little drama.
- they listen, sing, pray with the rest of the congregation. We aren't worried if there is some noise from children in our midst, please don't let this be a reason not to bring your children to church!
