​Standard Fees for Use of LUC Facilities

As of February 20, 2026

The table below indicates the standard fees for our spaces.  All decisions regarding changes to these rates will be at the discretion of the Stewardship Committee, on a case-by-case basis.
 
Note:  If catering is being done by the UCW, there will be no additional charge for use of the fellowship hall, parlour, or kitchen

 Additional Services -  as required

Lift Operator - $30
Or you can have a member of your group trained to operate the lift.

Sound System Operator - $40 

Video (includes sound) - $80

Custodial Fee - $60, plus $25 per hour in excess of 3 hours

Grand Piano - $40 for use of grand piano (towards tuning and maintenance) per event
